By accessing and using AccessUG services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
AccessUG provides premium digital subscription access (such as Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video). We guarantee the delivery of functional accounts for the duration of the plan you purchase. "Connect First Guarantee" applies to new clients where applicable.
All payments must be completed via the approved methods (Mobile Money or Cash) after the account is secured. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and primarily issued if we fail to deliver the promised service duration.
You agree not to change the login credentials (passwords, emails) of shared accounts provided by AccessUG unless explicitly instructed. Unauthorized modifications may result in immediate termination of your service without a refund.
